Bryan has extensive experience in the plan and specification design, design build, and design assist approaches to commercial construction and has been the Mechanical Project Engineer for over 20,000,000 square feet of projects located in various jurisdictions throughout the continental United States.
Bryan is experienced in providing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design drawings and specifications for a wide range of projects including:
-multi-family housing -hotels
-office buildings -parking structures
-educational facilities -health care facilities
-retail sales facilities -industrial buildings
-research laboratories -community recreation centers
-restaurants -public/governmental facilities
Bryan has experience in providing a full range of mechanical design services for new and existing buildings including the following services:
-evaluating existing buildings -performing peer reviews
-energy modeling -producing design drawings
-producing design specifications -LEED certification
-Energy Star certification -BIM modeling

Bryan has extensive experience in implementing sustainable building technologies including underfloor air distribution, chilled beams, evaporative cooling, high efficiency condensing boilers, thermal storage, natural ventilation, solar heating, energy recovery, and geothermal systems. Bryan is a LEED Accredited Professional and has extensive experience working with the LEED Certification program, the Green Guide for Healthcare program and Energy Star. Bryan has been the project engineer for 8 projects enrolled in the LEED certification program including the Signature Centre Office Building in Golden CO which has been certified LEED platinum, North Boulder Recreation Center in Boulder CO which has been certified LEED silver and the Nine10 arts building in Denver CO which was named the 2006 Legacy Project by the national U.S. Green Building Council.
